1. Overview
At KAAYOS LLC, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of our services.
2. Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period
Annual Subscriptions
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new annual subscriptions
- After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months
- A $100 administrative fee applies to refunds after 30 days
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
3. Custom Development Projects
Fixed-Price Projects
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If you cancel mid-project, you are responsible for payment of completed work
- Refunds may be provided for work not yet started
- Disputes will be resolved based on the Statement of Work
Hourly/Retainer Services
- You are billed only for hours worked
- Unused retainer hours may be refunded upon request
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Detailed time logs are provided upon request
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Services were not delivered as described in the agreement
- Technical issues prevented use of services and were not resolved
- You cancel within the money-back guarantee period
- We are unable to fulfill our obligations under the agreement
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Setup fees and onboarding costs
- Third-party service fees (domain registration, SSL certificates, etc.)
- Completed work and delivered milestones
- Training sessions that have been conducted
- Custom integrations that have been deployed
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us at billing@kaayos.com
- Include your account information and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or details
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate your account. Chargeback fees may be passed on to you.
9. Service Termination by KAAYOS
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be provided. If we terminate services for reasons within our control, we will provide a prorated refund for unused services.
10. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of KAAYOS LLC management.
