You also have 30 days to change your mind.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changed your mind? You have 30 days<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can request a return within <strong>30 days of delivery<\/strong>. To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For change-of-mind returns, <strong>you pay the return shipping cost<\/strong>. We recommend a tracked service, because we can only refund items that actually reach us. Once the item arrives and passes a quick condition check, we refund the price you paid for it. The original delivery charge is not refunded.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged, faulty or incorrect items<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is different, and it is on us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund &mdash; including any delivery charge you paid. <strong>You will not pay return shipping in this case.<\/strong> Please tell us within a reasonable time of delivery and include a photo, which usually lets us resolve it without you shipping anything back.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to start a return<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email <a href=\"mailto:info@kaayos.com\">info@kaayos.com<\/a> with your order number and, if the item is damaged or faulty, a photo. We will reply with the return address and instructions. <strong>Please contact us before sending anything back<\/strong> &mdash; returns sent without notice can go unrecorded.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them as soon as the return is checked in; how quickly the money appears in your account is then up to your bank or card provider.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Items we cannot accept back<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on items that have been used, washed, or had their sealed packaging opened, unless the item is faulty.
